Delete your data
Sixth Man (the youth basketball app for coaches) keeps your teams on your phone. Here’s how to remove them, and how to ask us to delete an account.
Everything on your phone
- A whole team: in the app, Team › Delete this team. The roster, games, plays, and practices are erased right away.
- Players, plays, practices, or games: deleting one moves it to Team › Recently deleted for 30 days so you can undo it. Tap Empty now there to erase it immediately.
- Everything: uninstall the app. Backup files you saved elsewhere (Drive, email) stay where you put them; delete those yourself.
A Sixth Man account
Accounts only exist for coaches who share a team with staff. To delete yours and the data tied to it (your name on shared teams, your team memberships, and teams you own):
- In the app: Team › Staff › Delete account, or
- Email us from the address on the account and we’ll delete it within 30 days. We confirm by email when it’s done.
We don’t keep copies of deleted accounts, except where the law requires records of purchases (Google Play keeps its own).
